Some issues: #10mc - if the solstice is 23.5° then 22° would be just before and after. #11mc - 'palpable' and 'feel like' mean the same thing. It 'feels like' summer 2 mo. after the declination is overhead. The ITCZ is 2mo. after the declination. There is nothing 2mo after the ITCZ. #13mc - Nothing about the storm makes it into the stratosphere. #26mc - If the air is bouyant and releasing latent heat it can't sink unless it is forced down. If you are considering air that has been forced up by a mountain, it is not bouyant and will not rise on its own. #1tf - You would not normally heave to with a sea anchor, but if you did you would not put it on the stern. #5tf - On the equator your summer would be at the equinox.
