Hi Sailors, Regarding the catamaran trips in the Sea of Cortez, the link for the newsletter with all the details may not work on the email forwarded from this discussion board. If that was the case for you, try copying this complete link and paste it into your browser. http://us8.forward-to-friend.com/forward/show?u=95148d7152f637ede9bf70d45&id=079 31fe987 There, I think I fixed it! Hi Sailors, I'm putting together two catamaran sailing adventures on the Sea of Cortez this Fall/Winter, 2016, and I want to invite you consider coming along. Both trips depart from La Paz, Mexico where we’ll spend a week cruising the nearby islands. If you have never sailed the Sea of Cortez, it’s a pretty amazing experience. And if you’ve been there before and want to see more, join me. See the newsletter with the details here: http://us8.forward-to-friend.com/forward/show?u=95148d7152f637ede9bf70d45&id=079 31fe987 Legendary diver Jacques Cousteau once described the Sea of Cortes as the "world's aquarium" and the "Galapagos of North America." During the 11 sailing trips I’ve made there, I’ve had a pod a Humpback Whales swim under the boat while we were sailing, seen Manta Rays leaping out the water and flapping their wings as if trying to fly, cruised by Whale Sharks lumbering slowly through the water, swam with Sea Lions at Los Islotes, and experienced the feeding frenzies of fish and birds right near the boat. The first trip is October 22-29 on a Lagoon 380 Catamaran, and I hope to fill 2 boats December 3-10 including the Lagoon 380 and a Lagoon 420 Catamaran. Here’s the newsletter with trips details, pictures, and video links from recent trips: http://us8.forward-to-friend.com/forward/show?u=95148d7152f637ede9bf70d45&id=079 31fe987 Take a look and let me know if you want to join as soon as you possibly can. Fall and winter is high season in the Sea of Cortez and availability of the Catamarans won’t last long. Please contact me directly with questions: Marc Hughston Marc@SantanaSailing.com, 949-939-8123. Hope to see you on the Sea of Cortez! Marc |
