You will be satisfied or our services are free.

If you are not satisfied with any service we perform, I will personally review the situation with you on-site at no cost.  If either of us is not satisfied with the service after talking it over, I will either make it right or refund the cost of the service, your choice.  

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of doing business with Electric Marine, it is very important that I understand why so I can effectively address the issue.  I consider complete customer satisfaction to be critical for the success of this business.

If you are dissatisfied with an equipment installation for any reason, we will make it right or refund the cost of installing the equipment.  If  we sell and install equipment, it will perform to its manufacturer's specifications.  If some unavoidable characteristic of your vessel limits the full performance of the equipment, we will install it only if you agree to accept the reduced performance.  

I will similarly guarantee work performed by my employees and subcontractors.

Work Standards

We will not take a job unless we can do it right.  I am proud of my craftsmanship and will not knowingly do inferior or unsafe work.  I hold my employees to the same high standards.  I am not afraid of tough challenges.  I relish solving difficult problems and coming up with original approaches.

We follow ABYC and NMEA standards in new construction.  We will propose upgrades to systems not meeting these standards when we feel that an existing installation presents serious safety issues or would fail a Coast Guard inspection.  We will sell and install only top quality equipment.  I will personally teach you how to use the equipment under operating conditions as part of the installation process if you desire.  

The Warranty Includes Labor on Stuff We Sell

If you have a problem during the manufacturer's warranty period with new equipment we sold and installed, we will see that it gets fixed and deal with the manufacturer or authorized service center for you at no cost for that service.  We will come out and remove the equipment, repair it or have it repaired or replaced, and reinstall it once again.  For free.  

You can find good stuff really inexpensively on the web these days, to mention just one source.  If you buy equipment somewhere else, we will be happy to install it for you if, in our opinion, it will do the job properly.  We will assist in good faith with any warranty problems you may have with equipment we did not sell, but you may be charged for that service.
